Responsibilities
• Lead the STAQ team to manage the special project case pipeline, turning business ideas into delivered technology and process improvements.
• Own intake, prioritization, scoping, solution-architecture governance, and value realization across a portfolio serving all business departments.
• Balance technical project delivery with oil and gas business applications, set clear priorities, and build a high-performing, continuous improvement culture.
