What You’ll Do: You’ll lead sourcing strategies and execution of sourcing events for food and beverage on a major account, directly impacting the daily experience of employees. This role combines strategic procurement expertise with a passion for creating workplace environments where people thrive.

What We’re Looking For: • Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically in food and beverage services (catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, beverage programs) • Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence • Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive value beyond cost savings • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies Why This Role Matters: Food and beverage services are more than a procurement category—they’re a daily touchpoint that shapes how employees feel about their workplace.

Estimated compensation for this position: 134,000.00 – 164,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.

Location: Remote – Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, New York, NY This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
