• Own client requirements elicitation and process documentation • Translate enterprise needs into scalable technical blueprints • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of high-value initiatives • Manage financial targets, sprint governance, and project timelines • Convert validated functional concepts into Epic frameworks and sprint-ready user stories • Ensure solution architectures align with Enterprise Information Technology patterns • Own integration testing strategy across UAT and SIT • Develop technical sizing models and estimate Professional Services hours and custom engineering LOE for Statements of Work • Serve as the primary strategic liaison between executive-level client sponsors and internal technical execution teams • Establish project governance frameworks and communication channels • Manage scope negotiations, mitigate delivery risks, and align business expectations Requirements • 15+ years of experience in technology delivery roles • Strong knowledge of modern software development • Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms • Knowledge of enterprise data systems including SQL, Oracle, and Elastic • Knowledge of integration frameworks including RESTful APIs and Kafka • Demonstrated success leading complex delivery lifecycles across AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud environments • Experience with Python, Java, and Springboot • Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex technology delivery projects, including client requirements elicitation, process documentation, and integration testing strategies.
