For our Global Service Organization, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as Director, Service Product Management & Strategy (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Define and execute global service strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Own and develop the global service portfolio (contracts, spare parts, repairs, services) Lead pricing strategy and service business model development
- Drive service contract revenue, penetration, and renewal performance Ensure scalable processes and operational excellence across regions
- Develop service go-to-market strategies and support global sales enablement
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment in a global matrix organization
- Leverage data, market insights, and customer feedback to drive innovation and portfolio decisions
Your profile
- 10+ years in service product management, service strategy, or commercial roles Strong experience with global service portfolios and pricing strategies Proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and business transformation
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems in service environments
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience driving results within a global matrix organization
