Rather than focusing solely on compliance against specific regulations, the Security Assurance team plays a pivotal role in earning and maintaining trust in the security of AWS, working with the world's most sophisticated organizations to provide the confidence that enterprise customers, regulators and third‑party auditors need about the security of customer critical workloads deployed on AWS.
Security Assurance earns customer trust by providing transparency into AWS's security posture across customer, regulatory, and third‑party assurance programs.
This is vastly different from a typical assurance and compliance function: we operate at internet scale, across hundreds of certifications and thousands of individual controls, with a proactive, hands‑on approach that goes far beyond evaluating compliance.
This is one of three global regional leadership positions, reporting directly to the Global Director of Security Assurance, and represents a unique opportunity to shape how the world's leading cloud provider engages with Europe's most prominent enterprise customers, regulators, and third‑party auditors.
