Responsibilities • Leadership & P&L Ownership: Full responsibility for the SAP Sales & Customer Experience function, including strategic planning, operational performance, and budget management for multi-million-euro initiatives. • Team Development: Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team of SAP specialists, project managers, and solution architects across multiple locations; ensure clear career development paths and succession planning. • Strategic Portfolio Management: Define and execute the roadmap for solution and portfolio innovation in alignment with business objectives and market trends. • Executive Representation: Serve as the organisation’s senior spokesperson for SAP CX topics internally and externally, engaging with C-level stakeholders, strategic partners, and customers. • Project Excellence: Ensure successful delivery of complex, large-scale transformation programs, maintaining high standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. • Change Leadership: Drive business transformation by introducing new processes, technologies, and methodologies to maximise return on investment.

Qualifications & Requirements • Proven leadership experience managing SAP Sales & Customer Experience functions with an international scope. • Extensive expertise in SAP SD, S/4HANA SD, and the SAP Customer Experience portfolio. • Strong track record in budget management, delivering large-scale programs on time and within financial targets. • Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams. • Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Consulting, transformation program, or global project leadership experience is highly advantageous. • Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
