The Director, Sales leads and manages a high-performance team of quota-carrying Account Executives to drive sales. Responsibilities Lead and manage a high‑performance team of sales individuals to drive business. Promote team development by collaborating internally on hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of all assigned staff.

In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package. #J-18808-Ljbffr Location: remote, but must be located in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States (Pennsylvania, Virginia, DC, Maryland, etc). Monitor, review, and coach AE calls and processes.

Maintain and manage weekly sales activity. Develop training materials to onboard and develop new hires. Assist in the execution and creation of new sales and marketing strategy. Skills and Requirements Previous sales management experience. 10+ years of B2B sales experience.

Technology sales history with a significant amount of outside sales experience. Bachelor’s degree. Advanced expertise in data‑centric Salesforce management and opportunity methodologies. Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS and enterprise software strongly preferred.

This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations. The base salary range for this job family is $145,000 to $244,500 USD annually. The range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure.

Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
