The Director of Sales Engineering is critical to the success of our Sales Engineering team and the broader business.
The ideal candidate is a senior technology leader with broad and deep expertise across networking, security, infrastructure, SaaS, or governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) bringing extensive experience in practitioner, consultative, or pre‑sales roles spanning Networking, Security, Server Infrastructure, Identity Management, and Cloud Services, and has a proven track record of setting strategy, leading high‑performing teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and driving complex technical and organisational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high‑performance Sales Engineering team to support our Sales business. Build strong relationships and collaborate across Sales, Architects, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Management, and R&D teams.
About the Role
In this role, you will lead Sales Engineering across Austria, Switzerland, and our emerging Eastern European markets, playing a key role in scaling the business and establishing our footprint in the region.
