What you can expect • Lead and develop the EMEA marketing organization, fostering a high-performance and results-driven culture • Define and execute the regional marketing strategy to drive sustainable and profitable growth • Own regional performance across bookings, shipments, gross margin, forecasts and departmental expenses • Shape regional product, pricing and go-to-market strategies in alignment with global business priorities • Drive market development by identifying strategic industries, target accounts and new growth opportunities • Strengthen relationships with key customers and senior stakeholders to understand evolving market requirements • Partner with Sales and Global Marketing to establish commercial priorities and accelerate market penetration • Lead regional market and competitive intelligence to support strategic business and investment decisions • Influence product and content development based on regional customer needs and market opportunities • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Customer Service What we are looking for • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred • Experience: Several years in technical marketing, product management or commercial leadership within the manufacturing industry • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing senior, high-performing teams in an international environment • Commercial Acumen: Strong P&L ownership with a demonstrated ability to deliver revenue growth, gross margin and profitability targets • Strategic Expertise: Extensive experience in go-to-market, portfolio, pricing and market development strategies • Customer Focus: Strong executive presence and confidence in engaging with key customers and C-level stakeholders • Industry Knowledge: Experience in technical B2B markets, electronics industry background is a strong advantage • Language Skills: Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) • International Mindset: Comfortable operating across countries and cultures with willingness to travel up to 50% What we offer • A highly dynamic environment and a multifaceted and responsible management role in a future-oriented company • A challenging combination of operational daily business and strategic development of the company • An appreciative corporate culture and a collegial and professional environment • A salary and other conditions appropriate to the importance of the position We look forward to meeting you.
