Ensure consistent implementation of global engineering standards, tools, and digital best practices (e.g., BIM/VDC). Hold accountability for engineering contribution to regional business results, including financial discipline and scalable growth.

Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Project Delivery, Business Development, and Global Engineering. Strengthen engineering competitiveness by building robust talent pipelines and sustainable organizational capabilities.

Profil Master's degree in Engineering and 15+ years of experience in EPC and advanced technology facility projects (semiconductor, battery or comparable high-tech environments). Proven experience leading senior managers in large, multi-disciplinary engineering organizations.

Strong background in engineering execution models, best-practice tools, and structured process environments. Demonstrated leadership presence, high personal credibility, and ability to influence at senior stakeholder level. Open-minded, collaborative leadership style with strong networking capability across functions and levels.

Fluent in English; German skills are advantageous.
