As the workload grows, the Project Management Director will recruit and develop a local team, creating a strong project management offering capable of supporting continued regional growth.

The Project Management Director will have significant influence over regional strategy, target clients and future recruitment, while working closely with the wider senior leadership team.

The Project Management Director The successful Project Management Director will have: • A strong network across the Bristol and South West property market • A proven track record of winning project management consultancy work • Director or senior leadership-level project management experience • Experience across residential, commercial, hotels, mixed-use or similar developments • Strong relationships with developers, investors and other built environment clients • Previous experience leading, recruiting and developing teams • A relevant construction, project management or property degree • MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or another relevant professional qualification • Excellent commercial and client-facing skills In Return? • £120,000 – £150,000 • Senior leadership position • Opportunity to establish and grow a Bristol office • Significant influence over business development and recruitment • Long-term progression within an expanding consultancy • Competitive senior-level benefits package Project Management Director | Project Director | Construction Project Management | Bristol | Property Consultancy | Built Environment An established consultancy is looking to appoint a Project Management Director as part of its expansion into England, with Bristol identified as a key location for future growth.

The successful Project Management Director will have a strong network across Bristol and the South West, with established relationships in the built environment and the ability to generate opportunities across residential, commercial, hotels, mixed‑use and other property sectors.

The Project Management Director’s role The Project Management Director will take a leading role in developing the consultancy’s presence in Bristol. Initially, the focus will be on business development, client relationships and converting existing contacts into new project management instructions.

This would suit an entrepreneurial Project Management Director who enjoys winning work, developing client relationships and building a business rather than simply managing an established portfolio.
