Key Mandate
• Full P&L accountability and responsibility for sustainable growth
• Lead and expand client relationships with institutional investors, developers and funds
• Ensure high-quality delivery across Project Management, Technical Due Diligence and ESG advisory
• Build organisational capability, succession and leadership depth within Germany
• Act as a key contributor to European leadership and long-term strategy
Candidate Profile
• Established leader within real estate consultancy, project management or technical advisory
• Strong technical foundation with a credible personal track record
• Demonstrated success leading a business unit or geography within a matrixed or international environment
• Commercially astute, resilient and comfortable operating with high autonomy
• Fluent German and English required The Country Lead holds full responsibility for the commercial, operational and strategic performance of the German business.
The role combines senior leadership, client engagement and hands-on technical involvement to ensure market credibility and strong delivery.
