We’re looking for a Director of Product Design to lead design for Lightspeed Wholesale (NuORDER) — the B2B platform where the world’s leading brands and retailers do business together. Behind every beautifully stocked store is an invisible web of buying, selling, and planning between brands and retailers.
We’re turning that messy, relationship‑driven world into a product experience both sides love — and design is at the center of it. This is a hands‑on leadership role. If your best work happens close to the craft — in reviews, in critiques, in the details — rather than a level removed from it, this role was built for you.
Location: Toronto preferred; open to other locations in Ontario and Eastern Canada. Responsibilities Set and drive the design vision for a two‑sided B2B platform, connecting design decisions to real outcomes for brands, retailers, and the business.
