Location: Berlin The Opportunit yThis is one of the most substantive investment leadership mandates in European renewable energy right now. Our client is at an inflection point, transitioning from a project sale-driven developer into an Independent Power Producer that retains and operates assets for long-term value.
To make that transition work, they need someone who can sit at the intersection of development and finance, bring genuine investment judgement to project-level decisions, and build the function that will underpin the next decade of growth .This is not a portfolio monitoring or reporting role.
With approximately 850 employees globally and revenues of around EUR 400 million, the business operates across multiple European markets with a portfolio spanning utility-scale solar PV, battery energy storage and hybrid asse ts.Backed by a leading private equity firm, the business is now building the operational and financial infrastructure to support its evolution as an IPP.
