Job Title: Director, Platform Architecture Reports to: Chief Digital & Data Officer Location: United States (Remote) Interested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington The Role As the Director, Platform Architecture, you will define and scale Deckers’ modern data and analytics platform architecture, ensuring it is secure, scalable, governed, and optimized for performance and cost.
Collaborating with data architects, platform and DevOps engineering teams, product leaders, and governance specialists, you’ll enable analytics, AI, and domain-driven data products across the enterprise through reusable platform services, robust security and access controls, and clear operational standards.
