While the Industry Lead defines what should be built and why based on market and client needs, the Platform Integration Lead defines how those solutions are architected, integrated, and delivered at scale. /ppActing as the bridge between the Head of Solutions and the Head of Delivery, this role ensures that architectural designs are executable, interoperable, and aligned with enterprise-grade integration standards. /ph3bWhat You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /b /h3ullipLead the barchitecture and integration of multi-system client platforms /b, connecting banking systems, enterprise infrastructure, and Blockstream technologies /p /lilipPartner closely with: /pullipbDirector, Industry Lead, Financial Services /b to translate industry solution strategy and reference architectures into platform designs /p /lilipbHead of Solutions /b to refine platform architecture and technical direction /p /lilipbHead of Delivery /b to ensure systems are buildable, testable, and scalable in production /p /li /ul /lilipDefine and own the bplatform integration strategy /b, including: /pullipAPI architecture and system connectivity /p /lilipData flows, data models, and platform orchestration /p /lilipEvent-driven architectures and messaging systems /p /lilipCross-platform interoperability standards /p /li /ul /lilipDesign how bAPIs, data pipelines, platform services, and AI-enabled capabilities /b interact to form unified institutional platforms /p /lilipEstablish and govern bintegration frameworks and reusable patterns /b aligned with industry reference architectures defined by the Industry Lead /p /lilipGuide engineering teams across: /pullipDevOps, CI/CD, and deployment environments /p /lilipSystem integration, testing, and validation /p /lilipPlatform scalability, reliability, and performance /p /li /ul /lilipAct as the bsenior authority for cross-platform dependencies /b, integration decisions, and system-level trade-offs /p /lilipEnsure alignment between bsolution architecture (what is designed) /b and btechnical delivery (what is built and operated) /b /p /li /ulh3bWhat We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /b /h3ullip10+ years of experience in bplatform architecture, enterprise integration, or large-scale system implementation /b /p /lilipProven experience designing and delivering bcomplex, multi-system platforms /b in banking, fintech, or enterprise environments /p /lilipStrong expertise in: /pullipAPI-first architecture /p /lilipMicroservices and event-driven systems /p /lilipEnterprise data platforms and data integration /p /lilipCloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) /p /li /ul /lilipDemonstrated ability to translate high-level solution architectures into executable platform designs, working across architecture and engineering teams /p /lilipExperience collaborating with bindustry/domain leaders and client-facing architects /b to operationalize solution strategies /p /lilipStrong understanding of bsystem interoperability, integration patterns, and distributed system design /b /p /lilipLanguages: German or Swiss German and English required; French and/or Italian a plus /p /lilipLocation: Switzerland (Zurich/Zug preferred) /p /li /ulpbNice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /b /pullipStrong knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain technologies /p /lilipExperience integrating digital asset infrastructure into traditional banking systems /p /lilipBackground in treasury management, corporate finance, or digital asset custody /p /lilipExperience with FIX, OMS, PMS, fund administration, accounting, or market data systems /p /lilipExperience working with or advising banks, asset managers, and institutional clients /p /lilipExposure to traditional payment systems and cross-border payment flows /p /lilipExperience supporting or scaling go-to-market teams in fintech or digital assets /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr Adam Back and a group of cryptographers and engineers passionate about Bitcoin and its potential to transform financial infrastructure.
