Responsibilities • Collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders to develop a global pricing framework aligned with strategic priorities. • Partner with the Product team to build tools for executing and monitoring pricing strategies and improving price display across channels. • Work with Market Development to gather local market price data and respond to competitive and partner moves. • Design and implement pricing actions balancing short-term financial goals with strategic long-term growth. • Manage a multi-million dollar budget and report to internal stakeholders. • Lead, inspire, and expand a team of analysts and campaign managers through hiring and development.

Qualifications and Skills • Experience articulating strategic issues and negotiating with C-level executives; strategy consulting experience is a plus. • Strong analytical skills with a love for data. • Ability to foster cross-team and cross-national cooperation. • Proven people management skills, including hiring and developing talent. • P&L management experience. • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude. • Exposure to IT and Product Development; basic coding skills are advantageous.
