Director of Wellness - Remote

About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Wellness to lead their remote wellness initiatives. This executive role involves shaping and executing a comprehensive wellness strategy that promotes health, vitality, and engagement across their distributed workforce and client base within the Leisure & Sports sector. You will be responsible for developing innovative programs, managing wellness platforms, and fostering a culture of well-being through digital engagement and strategic partnerships, all managed from a remote location.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for corporate and client wellness programs.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of digital wellness content, workshops, and resources.
• Manage a team of wellness professionals, coaches, and content creators.
• Analyze wellness data and metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with external wellness providers and partners.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in wellness program development and management, with a strong emphasis on digital/remote delivery.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage remote teams effectively.
• Expertise in behavioral change theories, health coaching, and corporate wellness strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
