Champion the adoption of AI-enabled practices and technologies to enhance team productivity, customer engagement, and technical differentiation.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer and market insights into future product innovation. Serve as a key member of the Customer Engineering leadership team, helping shape the vision, strategy, and future direction of the function.
Drive the technical sales strategy across North America, guiding discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and customer evaluations. Partner closely with Sales leadership to align presales activities with revenue objectives and accelerate business growth.
Establish and scale best-in-class presales methodologies, processes, and tools to improve consistency, efficiency, and customer outcomes. Act as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on strategic enterprise opportunities, helping customers solve complex identity, fraud, and data challenges.
Leverage data and performance metrics to optimize technical win rates, evaluation success, deal velocity, and overall business impact. Attract, hire, and retain top Solutions Engineering talent while building a scalable organization capable of supporting continued growth.
