What you'll be working on:
• Lead product strategy for SurveyMonkey's agentic and conversational surface areas.
• Own the AI/ML platform layer, enabling AI capabilities across the product.
• Define and execute a multi-phase strategy to make our data corpus a customer-facing competitive advantage.
We'd love to hear from people with:
• Proven track record building an AI/ML platform at scale.
• Experience shipping agentic products and understanding of LLM-powered workflows.
• Director-level PM leadership experience in a high-growth or platform-transformation context.
