• End-to-end ownership of efficient, compliant and business-oriented HR processes along the employee lifecycle.
• Standardization of HR services, service catalogues and service levels to improve quality, speed and reliability for the business.
• Analysis of global HR structures to identify optimization and efficiency opportunities.
• Close collaboration with the People Technology Team to drive innovative automation, ticketing and digital HR solutions.
• Translating business requirements into global HR solutions.
