You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure the business has the people, systems and operational capability required to support its continued European growth.

The Role You will take responsibility for a significant portfolio of projects and operational teams across Europe, with regular time split between Germany, the UK and Ireland .

Key responsibilities will include: • Leading operational performance across multiple European projects and regions • Taking executive oversight of project delivery from preconstruction through to completion • Managing and developing Project Directors, Project Managers and senior operational leaders • Driving consistency in project controls, reporting, commercial management and delivery standards • Ensuring projects achieve programme, quality, safety and profitability targets • Working closely with Commercial, Preconstruction, Engineering and senior leadership functions • Reviewing project performance and intervening early where programmes or margins are at risk • Supporting resource planning and senior appointments across the European business • Building scalable operational structures as the company continues to grow • Developing relationships with key clients and supporting repeat business • Contributing directly to the wider European growth strategy The Person This position requires an established senior construction leader who has already operated across multiple projects, teams and geographies .

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate: • Experience at Operations Director, Regional Director, Business Unit Director or equivalent level • A strong track record with a major contractor or specialist contractor • Responsibility for significant project portfolios rather than a single major project • Strong commercial awareness with clear understanding of project margin and operational risk • Experience managing and developing senior project leadership teams • Exposure to complex, technically demanding construction environments • Experience operating internationally or across multiple European markets • The ability to move comfortably between strategic leadership and challenging individual projects when required • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability Experience across data centres, mission-critical construction, advanced manufacturing, life sciences or major MEP/technical projects would be particularly relevant.

Operations Director – Europe Germany | UK | Ireland Up to €240,000 + Bonus & Allowances | c. €300,000 Total Package We are partnering with a high-growth European contractor with revenues of approximately €200m to appoint an Operations Director – Europe .

This is a senior leadership appointment with responsibility for operational performance across the company's European business, initially focused across Germany, the UK and Ireland .

The successful candidate will operate at executive level, taking ownership of project delivery, operational strategy, commercial performance and leadership across multiple regions. The company is already generating approximately €200m in annual revenue and has ambitions to continue scaling its European operations.

The Operations Director will play a central role in determining how that growth is delivered, structured and controlled .
