This is a critical role, shaping how we use data, insight and financial leadership to drive performance across a complex, regional delivery model. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liLeading operational finance across New Homes, ensuring insight drives performance and decision-making /li liPartnering closely with Regional Managing Directors to influence strategy, investment decisions and delivery plans /li liMaximising the effective use of capital across a multi-year programme /li liDriving a strong business partnering culture, with robust challenge and forward-looking insight /li liLeading, developing and inspiring a talented finance team /li liSupporting land acquisition decisions and ensuring alignment with grant frameworks and financial guardrails /li liImproving systems, processes and reporting to create a clear, trusted "single version of the truth" /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liA proven senior finance leader (Director or Head of Finance level) within a large, complex organisation /li liStrong experience of leading high-performing, qualified finance teams /li liA genuine business partner with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level /li liCommercially astute, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills /li liIdeally, strong experience in housebuilding, with exposure to affordable housing; candidates from broader property development or capital-intensive sectors will also be considered /li liFully qualified accountant /li /ul h3Why join us? /h3 pYou’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our New Homes business, working at pace, influencing senior stakeholders and making a visible impact. /p pBring your commercial insight, challenge our thinking and help us deliver more homes where they’re needed most. /p pThe Company /p pThe Company has experienced unprecedented growth over the past few years.
