Director of Network (Berlin)

We're building one of Europe's most ambitious startup ecosystems, and we need someone exceptional to lead our Network.At The Delta, the Network isn't a side function. It's the connective tissue of the entire organisation, linking our founders, investors, talent, corporate partners and ventures into a living ecosystem that generates real commercial outcomes.As Director of Network, you'll own the strategy, the systems and the team.

You'll design the AI/CRM infrastructure that powers intelligent matching, activate relationships that convert into revenue and investment, and build the programmes that make The Delta's ecosystem genuinely self-sustaining.We're looking for someone with:10+ years building or scaling ecosystem, network or BD functionsAn active, high-quality network of founders and/or investors you can activate from day oneExperience with CRM, automation or AI-enabled relationship managementThis is a Full-time Director-level role with real ownership, real budget, and direct collaboration with the CEO.
