GetYourGuide is looking for a Director of Lifecycle & CRM to set the vision for how it communicates with and engages customers throughout their journey, over multiple trips, in order to increase the marketplace's value to them.

The role is accountable for the lifecycle strategy and for owning the canonical standards behind it: customer segmentation, journeys and states, and the messaging architecture that ties them together. It is a senior growth-marketing post with company-wide reach.

Repeat purchase is the central economic question for an activities marketplace, which makes lifecycle one of the highest-leverage functions in the business.

Good fit for: senior CRM and lifecycle leaders from consumer marketplaces, travel or e-commerce with experience of segmentation frameworks, experimentation and multi-channel messaging platforms.
