Overall responsibility for the IT organization including infrastructure, cloud, ERP, finance, HR and collaboration systems Lead and further develop the existing IT team and support the continued expansion of the organization Manage a multi-year ERP transformation program with high strategic relevance Develop and implement a future‑ready IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives Build a scalable IT operating model for a growing corporate group Harmonize and standardize IT structures across multiple subsidiaries Integrate acquired companies into existing IT processes and systems as part of M&A and post‑merger activities Manage external service providers, implementation partners and technology vendors Responsible for IT governance, information security, data protection and compliance requirements Plan and control relevant IT budgets Work closely with executive management, Finance, Operations, HR and international stakeholders Requirements University degree in (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification Several years of leadership experience in IT, ideally in decentralized and growth‑oriented company structures Proven experience leading large transformation, ERP or organizational projects Solid knowledge of IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud, ERP, IT governance and operating models Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and external service providers Ideally experience in buy‑and‑build, M&A or post‑merger integration environments Strong commercial/business understanding and experience in IT budget management Entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic hands‑on mentality Strong communication skills and the ability to successfully drive change processes Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency) Willingness to be regularly on‑site in the Frankfurt area #J-18808-Ljbffr
