Reporting to the Vice President, you'll oversee facility operations, preventative maintenance, capital projects, regulatory compliance, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team. Coach, mentor, and develop the maintenance team.
We're recruiting for an experienced Director, Facilities & Maintenance to lead maintenance operations for a growing warehousing and distribution organization. Manage preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and asset reliability. Oversee maintenance budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with OHSA, TSSA, CFIA, environmental, and safety regulations. Lead emergency response planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance service providers. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications Post-secondary education in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. 5+ years of facilities or maintenance management experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
