About the Role We’re looking for an Engineering Director to lead our New Product teams focused on building innovative, customer‑centric products from concept through scale. You’ll lead multiple engineering teams through ambiguity to turn new ideas into scalable products and platforms.

You don't need to write production code, but you need to earn the respect of the engineers who do. *Execution* Drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams. Create clarity in ambiguous environments, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and help teams move quickly while maintaining a high quality bar.

You’ll partner closely with Product, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to identify opportunities, shape strategy, and deliver entirely new product experiences that drive meaningful customer and business impact.

What You’ll Do *Strategy* Develop and execute the engineering strategy for a portfolio of new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities, customer needs, and long‑term platform direction.

Help identify new opportunities, shape technical direction, and guide product evolution from incubation through scale, including the thoughtful application of AI to create differentiated customer experiences and workflows. *Organizational Leadership* Recruit, grow, and inspire high‑performing engineering organizations.

Develop engineering managers and senior technical leaders while fostering a culture centered around ownership, velocity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Design organizational structures and engineering processes that evolve with product maturity. *Technical Leadership* Guide architectural and organizational decisions that balance speed, scalability, reliability, and long‑term maintainability.

Stay close enough to the work to identify risks, challenge assumptions, and raise the quality bar across the organization. The base range represents the minimum and maximum for this position. For Toronto the range is $206,958 - $276,386. The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.

Our OTE is just one component of the company's competitive total rewards package. The company participates in E-Verify, web‑based system that allows enrolled employers to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
