Director of Business Development (Toronto/Remote) About the Role
War Room is looking for an experienced Director of Business Development to join our growing team! As a key member of the Sales team, you will help identify new market opportunities, refine our go-to-market approach, and accelerate War Room's growth trajectory.
Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue through strategic prospecting, relationship development, consultative selling, and closing high-value client partnerships.
This is a hands‑on role for a proven seller who thrives on building pipeline, winning business, and creating long-term client partnerships. What You’ll Be Doing Drive New Business Growth Own the full business development lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
Build and execute outbound business development strategies that generate qualified pipeline and new revenue opportunities. Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and revenue targets. Contribute to Growth Strategy Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to identify market opportunities, target segments, and strategic growth initiatives.
