Pipeline & Forecasting Management: Use the company CRM to track activities, build a predictable sales pipeline, and provide revenue forecasts to the leadership team. This full-time on-site position offers career growth. Drive enterprise growth across Europe. Dataddo is a data integration leader trusted by data-driven enterprises and global brands.

Lead the commercial expansion in the DACH and Dutch regions and own the entire Go-To-Market strategy from first contact to closed deal. What You'll Do Market Penetration & Networking: Use your extensive pre-existing network in the DACH and Benelux regions to generate high-value enterprise opportunities.

End-to-End Sales Execution: Prospect, negotiate, and close enterprise-grade software deals with buying personas such as CDOs, VPs of Analytics, and Head of Data. GTM Strategy Ownership: Define and implement the local Go-To-Market execution plan tailored to the German and Dutch software markets.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle for long-term satisfaction and strategic alignment. Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and engineering to align market feedback with product development and client satisfaction.

An established, active network of Data Leaders (CDOs, CIOs, Data Architects, Head of BI) in the DACH and/or Benelux regions.

Geographical Focus: Based in Europe with deep cultural and business understanding of the Dutch and German markets. Professional language proficiency in German or Dutch is a significant advantage. Mindset: Extreme ownership, a strong executive approach, and a goal-oriented mindset; you bring closed deals and revenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr
