What you’ll do:
• Lead discovery workshops to understand processes, pain points, and goals
• Translate requirements into Business Central solutions and functional specs
• Own full-cycle implementations: configuration, testing, training, and support
• Partner with technical teams on solution approach and delivery
• Provide post-go-live advisory and continuous improvement support
• Support pre-sales: demos, scoping, and proposal input as needed
What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years consulting experience with D365 Business Central
• Experience leading full lifecycle implementations
• Strong module knowledge (e.g., Finance, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management)
• Confident communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple client engagements independently
