• Develop and track ME Commons execution timelines in collaboration with government • Provide thought leadership on the strategic direction of the program • Set the internal cadence for a broad team supporting ME Commons, including contracts, marketing, and project management • Manage relationships with Hubs, project teams, and the broader user community • Work closely with regional Hubs to ensure compliance and quality of deliverables • Act as an advocate for the ME Commons program with government and other key stakeholders • Provide recommendations to senior NSTXL leaders to manage risk and seek growth opportunities • Act as a trusted advisor to government, providing relevant inputs for the success of the program • Resolve any issues or escalations from clients quickly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction • Ensure team’s adherence to thorough documentation for each project, including plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resolutions • Identify and manage resources appropriate to needs • Identify and collect metrics and key performance indicators that measure and track ecosystem health and inform future year requirements and acquisition Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field • 5+ years experience in the semiconductor industry • 5+ years of experience managing a team • Strong technical background with experience in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders • Superior attention to detail • Strong communication, problem solving, strategy development, and leadership skills • Team player with the ability to partner cross functionally in growing organization • Ability to receive US government clearance Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex programs within the semiconductor industry, focusing on strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and compliance.
