As our Global Distribution Market & Customer Insights Director (m/f/d), you will design the framework that captures what distributors, customers, and markets are telling us—and transform those insights into product roadmap decisions, investment priorities, and new growth opportunities across Climate Solutions Cooling.

You will be the global voice of distribution, influencing senior leaders across regions, product lines, marketing, strategy, and sales. This is not a direct reporting role—it is a leadership position where you drive decisions, align stakeholders, and create measurable business impact.

What You’ll Be Doing • Design and deploy a global framework that systematically captures, validates, and prioritizes market trends, customer needs, distributor insights, and opportunities to simplify doing business with Danfoss • Own the process through which distribution influences product roadmap priorities, ensuring customer and market voices drive investment decisions and accelerate high-value growth initiatives • Develop compelling business cases that support strategic investments, new growth opportunities, and roadmap acceleration across multiple product lines and regions • Lead initiatives that make it easier to do business with Danfoss, improving distributor and customer experiences through simplified processes and better interactions • Influence and align senior stakeholders across a complex global matrix organization, facilitating cross-functional discussions that turn insights into tangible business outcomes and measurable growth What We’re Looking For • Several years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing role and a deep understanding of customers, markets, and distribution channels in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration industry • Proven track record of driving significant organizational outcomes through influence and strategic leadership in a global environmentExperience operating successfully in complex global matrix organizations, aligning stakeholders across regions, product lines, and functions • Demonstrated expertise in identifying growth opportunities, building business cases, and translating insights into strategic decisions and a transformational leadership mindset What You’ll Get From Us • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
