Oversee the operation and maintenance of servers, networks, cloud services, and end‑user devices. Develop and implement IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including GDPR and TISAX requirements.
Conduct business‑process analysis, optimisation, and digitalisation across the organisation. Manage all IT projects with responsibility for resources, timelines, and budgets. Establish backup, monitoring, and disaster‑recovery concepts to ensure business continuity. Lead the IT security and risk management function.
