Overview In this role you drive Novartis's global policy communications strategy, turning complex healthcare, regulatory and access topics into clear narratives for policymakers and stakeholders. You will align policy messaging with Public Affairs priorities and lead cross-functional coordination across regions. You’ll shape scalable messaging architectures, use data and AI insights to guide strategy, and influence external audiences to strengthen the company’s reputation at scale. This is a high-impact, global role that sits at the interface of policy, public affairs and communications.

strategy and enhance predictive communications capabilities Serve as central strategic integrator ensuring coherence and impact across regions and policy ecosystems Zentrale Anforderungen Extensive experience in policy communications, public affairs, or corporate communications within multinational organisations Proven track record at Director level with tangible impact Deep expertise in the geopolitical landscape with strong knowledge across Europe Additional experience in APMA/other regions considered a strong advantage AI fluency in day-to-day execution and understanding of AI impact on external landscape Data-driven mindset leveraging insights and AI to inform communications strategy Demonstrated success in highly matrixed, international environments with diverse stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across Public Affairs, Communications and senior
