Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart. /li liDelivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define their Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to continue a exciting growth in this space. /li liDrive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders. /li liInfluence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm and our clientsbr/ /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years years’ experience working within a manufacturing , pharma or Industrial Products industry-Experience working with global cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA etc.) /li liIndustry leading knowledge of the latest technology trends and predictions in the Security, OT and Manufacturing world. ph3Director in Cybersecurity Technology Transformation (m/f/d) /h3 pA career in regulatory, risk, and compliance services will give you the opportunity to help companies rethink their approach to risk and create a sustainable risk advantage.br/ /p pDoyou love change and want to help shape the future of one of the world'sleading consulting companies?

You will help to continue the exciting growth of cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries. /li liIdentify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business. /li liLook for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.

Ability to conceptualize and pitch the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients /li liAbility to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes.

Prior security consulting experience is a plus /li liExperience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field /li liAbility to persuade technical experts and decision makers .
