Position available across multiple countries. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ol liContinuously mature portfolio management capabilities (People, Process, Technology Solutions) driving implementation of standards for decision support portfolio prioritization. /li liServe as the business process owner for the E2E Portfolio Capability designing deploying a Project Portfolio Management maturity roadmap and value narrative for the capability; charter lead initiatives that operationalize the capability. /li /ol h3Portfolio Management Analytics /h3 ul liProvide leadership, guidance and oversight for JJIMSC Project Portfolio governance, process and tools to make the best portfolio prioritization decisions given strategic priorities and resources across JJIM SC. /li liDevelop robust IMSC project portfolio aligned to organizational strategy (BP/LRFP/Financial Updates) inclusive of compliance to business process with deep analytics reporting. /li liOversee execution of project portfolio governance to deliver maximum organizational benefits. /li liIn close partnership with the JJIM Supply Chain functions, finance partners, governance lead decision support at the JJIM SCLT, ensure that project priorities are aligned with business needs, communicated throughout the organization, and risks and issues are visible and actionable. /li liProvide recommendations to the JJIM SC Leadership Team to continually ensure the portfolio supports strategic intent and that investments and resources are deployed towards optimizing business outcomes. /li liDrive governance and senior leadership team portfolio prioritization through portfolio analytics; ensure global portfolio integration for cross‑governance portfolios. /li liPartner with other supply chain segment portfolio leaders to drive leverage and visibility across supply chain with respect to project portfolio management on the front end and the back end. /li /ul h3JJIM SC Business Processes / Financial Cycles /h3 ul liDrive portfolio business processes and support tools to keep pace with or anticipate business needs and increase efficiency and effectiveness. /li liIn partnership with JJIM SC Finance, lead the JJIM SC Business Process for financial cycles (LRFP, BP, Financial Updates) for Capital and OpEx needs. /li liManage the health and effectiveness of the global portfolio management processes; driving integration and alignment with other strategic business processes (business planning, strategy, capital approvals, product lifecycle management, etc.). /li /ul h3People Leadership /h3 ul liSuccessfully lead and manage a global team with direct and indirect reporting relationships. /li liDrive constant organizational change leadership to keep portfolio project management processes living in the organization. /li liDisplay excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills and navigate complex matrix organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Analytics.

MBA preferred. /li /ul h3Required /h3 ul liMinimum of 10 years experience preferably in a Supply Chain or Finance organization. /li liPrior people leadership experience and strong talent development skills. /li liProven track record of influencing across all levels of leadership. /li liDemonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of finance, process and technical information and present cogent recommendations. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liPortfolio management experience. /li liManagement of global teams and work experience outside the U.S. /li liExperience with implementation and functional ownership of supporting systems. /li liPortfolio management systems experience. /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liPosition may be located in Titusville, NJ, or Horsham, PA, with consideration to other IMSC hub locations for the right candidate.
