What you can expect • You act as the strategic HR partner for the EVSBoard leadership team and serve as a trusted advisor on all people-relatedmatters. • You lead the annual people planning cycle,including organizational design, workforce planning, capability management, andsuccession planning. • You challenge and shape business strategy froma people perspective, proactively addressing capacity, capability, andretention risks. • You drive and support complex transformationinitiatives, including restructurings, integrations, market expansions, andoperating model changes. • You advise leaders on sensitive employeematters, including performance management, leadership transitions, andseparation processes. • You own talent reviews and succession planningfor critical roles and partner with stakeholders to advance the leadershipdevelopment agenda. • You foster a high-performance culture, coachleaders on effective people management, and support Talent Acquisition withcompelling talent messaging. • You optimize organizational effectiveness byshaping structures, analyzing workforce metrics, and implementing targetedpeople initiatives. • You lead and develop the HRBP team, drivingperformance, capability building, collaboration, and career development. • You collaborate closely with TalentAcquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, HR Operations, andCenters of Excellence to deliver impactful people solutions.

What makes you stand out • You bring several years of experience as asenior HR Business Partner or HR Director, ideally within an international andmatrix-organized company. • You have a proven track record of advisingBoard and C-level executives and leading complex organizational transformationinitiatives. • You possess strong expertise in workforceplanning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning. • You have experience leading and developing HRBPteams across multiple European markets. • You excel at communication, stakeholdermanagement, and building trusted partnerships across all levels of theorganization. • You combine strategic thinking with a strongcommercial mindset and a solution-oriented approach. • You are fluent in English, with additionalEuropean language skills considered an advantage. • You are willing to travel regularlly acrossEurope. • You have an interest in, or experience with,the market dynamics of the Energy and Value-added Services sector. • You thrive in international, fast-pacedenvironments and successfully navigate complex business and people challenges.
