Director, Governance & Legal
We are looking for an experienced and strategic senior leader to join us as a key member ofSaskCentral’sleadership team.

You will be responsible for managing the governance framework and serving as Corporate Secretary. In this role, you will also serve as internal General Counsel, overseeing legal affairs and ensuring the organization’s interests are safeguarded in corporate agreements, and regulatory matters, including Compliance.
