In this role, you will: Project Management & Operational Planning Own the full product launch lifecycle from concept through post-launch analysis, building comprehensive timelines that establish critical path milestones Drive accountability across teams by maintaining stakeholder alignment to deadlines and centralized documentation for all launch plans Ensure operational readiness by coordinating inventory, packaging, and fulfillment requirements while managing timelines to prevent bottlenecks Stakeholder Alignment & Communication Lead strategic kickoff meetings and de Thank you for checking our job out and we hope to have the chance to meet you in our interview process!
About the role Ü Snacks is scaling fast, with a growing portfolio of brands and a launch pipeline that never slows down. We need a Director of GTM & Business Strategy to own the full product and campaign launch lifecycle end-to-end: from concept through post-launch analysis, across every brand in our portfolio.
You’ll report directly to VP, GTM and be the operational backbone turning ambitious launch calendars into flawless market entries. This role is part of our remote HQ! We have a fully remote, high-trust work environment - and also come together on a biannual basis for amazing off-sites where we can connect IRL.
