What you can expect • You reportdirectly to the VP Finance and work closely with the CFO and the ExecutiveBoard. • You leadthe Group-wide Financial Planning & Analysis function, managing a centralteam of currently 15 FTEs in a highly dynamic, capital market-orientedenvironment. • You are amember of the Finance Leadership Team and collaborate closely with Accounting,Treasury, Digital Finance, and Central Services. • You act asa trusted sparring partner to senior management and support strategic as wellas operational decision-making processes. • You fosterclose collaboration with the Business Units, supporting their decision-makingand optimization efforts while maintaining a strong focus on the overallcorporate strategy. • Youestablish a cross-functional approach to holistic business analysis,identifying opportunities to optimize capital and resource allocation. • You builda future-ready and scalable Controlling organization that serves as a strategicFinance Business Partner, enabling sustainable growth and operationalexcellence. • You holdoverall responsibility for the continuous development of the Group-wideKPI-based performance management framework. • Youfurther develop reporting structures and analytics solutions to generateactionable business insights. • Youoptimize planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes across theorganization. • Yousupport M&A projects with your financial expertise, particularly in thedevelopment and evaluation of business cases. • You play a key role in shapingstructures, processes, and systems at the intersection of mobility,digitalization, and sustainability.
