Your Tasks - What you can expect as Director Finance Germany (f/m/d): You manage all core finance activities in Germany, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, credit & collection, and treasury, ensuring compliance with Group policies and legal requirements.
By preparing accurate financial data and forecasts, you ensure timely and reliable reporting aligned with Group guidelines and local regulations. You ensure strong financial governance by applying internal control procedures, implementing audit recommendations, and maintaining compliance with legal, tax, and insurance obligations.
You provide meaningful financial analysis, interpretation, and guidance to site management, business units, and regional controllers (f/m/d) to support sound decision-making and business performance.
Acting as a trusted advisor (f/m/d), you support management and business units on the financial dimensions of operations, helping them achieve strategic objectives in line with statutory, legal, and policy requirements.
Your Profile - What you bring as Director Finance Germany (f/m/d): You hold a relevant university degree, for example in Finance or Business Management. At least eight years of progressive finance management experience are part of your background.
