Then Rodenstock is just the place for you!Director Finance & Controlling (m/f/x)International expatriate assignment in Bangkok for 2-3 years Your responsibilities Leadership of the Finance, Controlling and Accounting team with disciplinary and functional responsibilitySupervision of accounting, financial reporting, cash management and internal control activitiesEnsuring adherence to Group financial control methods, policies and reporting standardsPartnering with local management and Group Finance stakeholders to support business performance and decision-makingPreparation, analysis and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, investments, operating expenses and working capitalProvision of financial analyses, performance reporting and business decision supportManagement of auditing, taxation, treasury, insurance and compliance-related activitiesActing as SAP FI/CO Key User, enhancing controlling processes, reporting tools and SAP solutions in collaboration with ITYour profileCompleted studies in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Information SystemsSeveral years of professional and leadership experience in Finance, Accounting and Controlling within an international company, ideally complemented by assignments abroadExtensive expertise in finance, accounting and controlling, incl. financial planning, reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, IFRS, taxation and internal controlsStrategic business partnering competence combined with strong financial, commercial and operational understandingGood understanding of SAP and related business processesBusiness fluent in English, Thai is a plusStrong analytical, conceptual and decision-making skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and results-driven approachAbout Rodenstock The Rodenstock Group is an international innovation leader and manufacturer of spectacle lenses in the eye health sector.
