PURPOSE:
Reporting to the Executive Director, Finance and Strategy, the Director, Finance provides strategic and operational leadership for the planning, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of the finance function to ensure excellent customer service.
The Director is a champion of RPL’s strategy and will leverage their superior understanding of financial and other complex data to generate insights into how current or potential programs and services can be maximized for internal and external customers.
They are responsible for the system-wide finance function including financial statement completion and reporting, internal controls, legislative and regulatory compliance, system-wide budgeting, purchasing, contract management, risk management, payroll, business process review, and finance policy development.
