Tasks Provide disciplinary and technical leadership and drive the growth and personal development of the R&D Embedded Software Platform team of around 10 employees in Munich. Collaborate closely with international development teams, with a strong interface to product-specific software departments.

Plan and execute the evolution of the embedded platform into a cloud infrastructure–ready platform, including roadmap definition, migration strategy, and rollout in partnership with key stakeholders. Shape the platform software strategy underpinning the next generation of Software Defined Radios for mobile radio testing.
Own cross-functional Embedded Linux platform components end-to-end: architecture, implementation oversight, quality, security, and continuous improvement. xayajpt Ensure the platform meets instrument-grade requirements: reliability, maintainability, long-term support, and predictable releases for multiple product groups.
