THE POSITION: At STACK, The Director, Electrical Engineering & Design, will support innovation initiatives, maintain and update company design standards, direct, coordinate, and oversee project specific design activities in support of STACK’s develop of cost-effective and energy efficient data center facilities that meet the current and future needs of its customers.
Acting as the subject matter expert on concurrently maintainable electrical power systems for data centers, the Director of Electrical Engineering & Design will advise and support the Senior Vice President of Innovation and Engineering by executing the following tasks: Baseline proficiency of AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Adobe Acrobat.
Oversee the preparation and final approval of project contract documents produced by third party design consultants. Ensure that project designs are completed on schedule and within budget.
