Exciting Tasks • Development and implementation of a holistic data and AI strategy, ranging from Generative and Agentic AI to Predictive Analytics and intelligent automation solutions • Establishment of data‑driven decision‑making processes and creation of measurable business impacts • Development and management of a global strategy for process harmonization and optimization • Ensuring clear governance and support through active change management • Leadership of company‑wide transformation programs – including ERP rollouts, M&A integrations, and IT modernization initiatives • Further development of the Digital Workplace in close coordination with the specialist departments Qualifications • Completed master’s degree in business administration, information technology, engineering, or a comparable field • Several years of experience in leading large‑scale digitalization initiatives, particularly in the areas of data management, artificial intelligence (agent‑based and generative systems), and automation • Proven expertise in digital transformation, process optimization, and leading global SAP/ERP programs (end‑to‑end) • Deep understanding of cross‑functional business processes – ideally from the automotive or manufacturing industry • Leadership personality with an inspiring style, who manages international teams with a clear focus on excellence and accountability • Strong communication skills and business acumen with the ability to connect stakeholders from business and technology domains Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
