You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Further development and management of the global Information Security Management System (ISMS) as well as group-wide risk management Definition, implementation, and monitoring of a global information security strategy including policies and standards Leadership of international initiatives to improve the security level as well as coordination of the global incident response process Regular reporting of the security status to the executive board and governance of global IT processes including audits Ensuring and maintaining worldwide security certifications (TISAX, VDA ISA), coordination of external audits (customers, authorities), and representation of Webasto in security matters to partners, suppliers, and associations (e.g., VDA) Continuous improvement of DS processes, structures, and services within the framework of DS governance and excellence This is what you bring to Director Digital Solutions Security & Gov.
