You foster an environment of high performance and successful cooperation, both in your team as well as between suppliers and Infineon. You can communicate the direction of Infineon successfully, translate the strategy into ambitious goals and deliver upon these goals together with your team and with suppliers.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you:Define procurement digital strategyIdentify and scale high-value AI use casesTranslatebusiness needs into digital productsTransformation leader and Global Team LeadOwnvalue delivery and performance measurementEnsureresponsible and secure AI adoptionManageexternal partners and technology ecosystemBuildcapability and change adoptionYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s/MBA (or equivalent) preferred.10+ years in Digital Procurement/Supply Chain, digital transformation, Process Excellence, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation with exposure to global/regional operating models; semiconductor knowledge is a plus.Strong project management experience leading worldwide cross-functional teams (certification a plus).Proven digital mindset with implementation track record in innovative/digital solutions and AI solutions.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
