The role oversees a high-performing team and budget, ensuring data-driven decisions, strong ROI, and consistent, best-in-class brand execution across key digital partners.A day in the life of a Director Digital Marketing (m/f/x):Define and lead the Pure Player digital marketing strategy across EMEA West, ensuring alignment between brand positioning and commercial objectivesDrive end-to-end campaign planning and execution across key digital partners, delivering consistent and impactful brand experiencesOwn and steer marketing investments with a strong focus on performance, effectiveness, and measurable business outcomesLead, coach, and develop a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementCollaborate closely with Brand, Commercial, and Analytics teams to unlock growth opportunities and optimize performanceEnsure best-in-class digital brand execution across wholesale platforms, elevating visibility and consumer engagementAct as a senior stakeholder and trusted partner to regional and global marketing leadership, driving alignment and strategic decision-making across functionsDrive innovation and transformation by implementing new approaches, tools, and test-and-learn initiatives at scaleWhat do we need from you?Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or E-commerce MarketingProven leadership experience at senior level, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teamsStrong experience managing large-scale marketing budgets with clear accountability for performance and ROIDemonstrated ability to define and execute digital marketing strategies in complex, matrix organizationsStrong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand building and performance-driven outcomesExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across senior regional and global leadership levelsStrategic thinking combined with a hands-on, results-driven approachFluent in English and GermanWhat you can expect from usA smart working model (hybrid), including 3 mandatory office days in Düsseldorf and 2 days working from home, along with flex office solutions, a work from anywhere concept, and meeting-free FridaysLead Yourself.
